The Intermediate level Spanish class is run on a Wednesday morning on a fortnightly basis from 10.00 to 12.00 noon at a private house in Salcombe.  This class is not suitable for novices and is not a conversation class.  The lessons are grammar based and concentrate on reading, listening, translating, comprehension and exercises.

The class started in 2016 and proved to be very popular as there are many people in the area who are interested in the language.  It started as a Beginners Group working through the book Hugo in Three Months and has progressed to a more advanced level.  We now use a variety of intermediate books and make use of the many Spanish web sites.

The class is a place for hard work, but it is also an opportunity to make new friends in a relaxed and happy environment while enjoying the pleasure of learning an amazing language.
